HR(D) as a Leadership Team Coach and Expert on the Human Mind

Target group:
Experienced HR/D-professionals/change agents
Goals:
Gain wider understanding on coaching leadership teams, enhance understanding of human mind and its implications on the organisation and receive coaching both from coaches and colleagues

6 sessions, 2,5 hours each. Sessions include:

Introduction to the topic, one case-example on the theme, coaching and discussion based on pre-survey and questions raised in the session, themes will be defined together, coach: DSc, MSc Helena Åhman

Preliminary content:

- What should every coach understand about the human mind and brain?
- Leading the mind and influencing one’s emotions
- HR(D) as a leadership team coach
- HR(D) enhancing mind power in leadership teams
- Utilising brain power in organisational transformation

How and when?

Small group (5-8 persons) app. once a month, in Keilalahti, Espoo, Finland, next group starting in August/September 2010, fee 2.500 EUR+ VAT/ participant
