The company's founder and main owner Ms. Helena Åhman, DSc (Work Psychology, Technology), MSc (Education) acts as Chairman of the Board and Chief Creative Officer. She is also a trained therapist and has a degree in marketing.
Åhman has a wide experience assessing, developing and researching leadership teams and leaders, having specialised in human mind and utilizing brain power. She is also a praised leadership speaker. In her doctoral thesis, Ms. Åhman examined individual success and leadership change in changing organisations. Helena Åhman has also written books and published research reports on leadership, strategy and leadership team development (see more on “Research and publications).
She has worked at Hunting Minds starting 2004. Before that she held global responsibility for senior management development at Nokia Networks (including leadership team development services) and worked in HR management of Nokia Networks acting also as a business unit leadership team member. Åhman has experience as Senior Consultant at Mercuri Urval (a global recruitment company) and has held positions also in public and industrial sectors.

DSc, Mr. Kari Neilimo acts as Board Member. As a Mind Hunter he also participates in practical leadership team development processes.
Earlier Kari Neilimo has worked as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SOK Corporation 2002-2007, Professor of Strategic Management and Professor of Financial Accounting, Dean of the Department of Business Administration as well as Visiting Professor of several European Universities. He has also been Researcher of the Academy of Finland. In 1999 - 2002 he was Director of MBA-education program of Tampere University and Tampere Technical University. He is DSc in Economics from Tampere University. Additionally, he is author of several publications.
Kari Neilimo is chairman and member of executive and supervisory boards of many companies, e.g. YLE (national TV in Finland), Federation of Commerce and Trade, Luottokunta Credit Agency and Tapiola Mutual Pension Insurance Company. He has been granted the highest honorary title of 'vuorineuvos' by the President of Finland for his achievements.

MSc (Economics), MSc (Forestry), Mr. Rainer Häggblom acts as Board member.As a Mind Hunter he also participates in practical leadership team development processes.
Rainer Häggblom has worked as Managing Director and Chairman of Jaakko Pöyry Consulting until 2007. He has also held several board positions within the Pöyry Group and in other consulting companies. Rainer Häggblom has participated in strategy and investment planning and merger and acquisition assignments in more than 50 countries and for a wide variety of companies. He has chaired several international conferences and delivered presentations on forest industry and industrial policy issues. Currently he is Board member of CPBIS (The Center for Paper Business and Industry Studies) at Georgia Tech University.
Currently Rainer Häggblom is also a Board member of CPBIS (The Center for Paper Business and Industry Studies) at Georgia Tech University.
He is also Chairman and Founder of Vision Hunters Ltd Oy, a management consulting company specialised in process industries, and Chairman of Board of Forest Fund Ltd. as well as Häggblom & Partners Ltd Oy.
Mind Hunter, Ms. Mikaela Nyström is MSc (Adult Education) and BSc
(business administration) . She is also a certified coach. Nyström has
over 20 years experience in global HRD, executive level resourcing and
talent management as well as executive coaching. Her working languages
are English, Swedish and Finnish.
During her career she has worked in various global senior and leadership team positions at Nokia: as HRD Director for Markets, Director of Executive Resourcing and Talent Management and as Business HRD director, as well as HR/D Manager for Haka Corporation.
Nyström has held several positions of trust, e.g. in Action learning association nad in Academy of Economics (Svenska Handelsläroverket) and has gained certifications in managing organisational change, virtual team management and team development.
PhD, BSc, Mr. Richard Cuthbertson acts as Senior Adviser and Mind Hunter at Hunting Minds Ltd. He also acts as Research Director at OXIRM and Senior Research Fellow at Saïd Business School at The University of Oxford. Mr Cuthbertson has worked with Board directors and senior management in many companies, including Tesco, Sainsbury’s, P&G, Casino, BP, Abbey, IBM, KPMG and BCG, to develop the executive team, organisation, communication and operations with a focus on improving the customer experience.
Before joining the Oxford faculty in 1998, he managed research projects at Bournemouth University, and before that held managerial and consultancy posts at Unipart and British Gas in both marketing and supply chain management functions.
Richard Cuthbertson is an expert in leadership development and research, particularly in the areas of customer strategy, consumer insight, retail strategy and loyalty marketing. In his PhD he examined fuzzy management systems. He is author of over 60 published articles and was awarded the Pegasus Prize for eBusiness Future Insights. He also is a founder contributor to ‘Retail Strategy: The View from the Bridge’, founded and directs the ‘Loyalty Marketing Workshop’, co-manages the ‘Retail Futures Group’, and has a regular ‘ShopTalk’ column in ‘Promotions and Incentives magazine.

Execution Director, Mind Hunter, Mr. Kalle Heiniö, B.A. (Hons) International Marketing Management, M.A. Marketing, Dip.M. (Marketing), CEFA, is sparring and developing leadership teams at Hunting Minds. Kalle is specialised in business growth leadership and strategic marketing planning and execution in a multi-cultural environment.
He has 10 years international experience in demanding specialist and leadership roles within financial services, information technology and management consulting. He has worked for AXA, a global financial services group, Bull, an information technology company and Skandia, an asset manager and insurer . Before joining Hunting Minds, Kalle Heiniö was based in London as Investment Product Manager and a member of leadership team tasked to launch and develop The Hartford’s asset management and life insurance business in Europe.
Mind Hunter, Associate Markku Tynkkynen, also Partner and Executive Vice
Chairman at Vision Hunters, has 30 years of experience Global pulp and paper
industry and energy strategies, change leadership, post-merger integration. He
has worked as President of Magazine Paper Division and Executive Vice President
of UPM-Kymmene Corporation. His area of responsibility has been forestry &
wood sourcing, global sourcing, energy, logistics, IT, environmental affairs
& CSR and trade policy. At UPM-Kymmene he was also a member of the
Executive Team and the Strategy Team. Mr. Tynkkynen has a M. Sc. (paper
technology) degree from Helsinki University of Technology, and completed
several studies from INSEAD, France and Harvard Business School in Boston.

Mind Hunter, Associate Harri Eriksson is M.A., Organizational psychologist and Principal at Eriksson & Associates. He has over 20 years international experience in human resources management, executive level leadership development and executive coaching. His working languages are German, English, French, Swedish and Finnish. During his career, he has worked as HR Manager and member of management team at Securitas-Group in Zürich and as a Senior Consultant, Partner and Managing Director in international Consulting Companies in Switzerland. His main areas of consulting are executive level leadership assessments, executive coaching and talent management. Harri Eriksson is also a member of the Association of Swiss Management Consultants ASCO, member of the association of Swiss psychologists, FSP.

Mind Hunter, Associate Connie Voigt and M.A., Managing Partner at Eriksson & Associates is a global Executive Coach. Her core areas are leadership communication and intercultural leadership as well as leadership team coaching. She coaches in German, English and French.
She has previously worked as Editor-in-Chief at the largest HR Magazine in Switzerland, HR Today. She has also worked as a Director at Gategroup Zürich, Senior TV Producer and Manager in Middle East Broadcasting Corporation (MBC), as well as European Business News (EBN) in London. She is a member of International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Schweizerischen Gesellschaft für Organisation und Management (SGO).

Mind Hunter, Associate Dr. Arnulf D. Schircks is Psychologist and Senior Associate at Eriksson & Associates. His main areas of consulting are Leadership Coaching, competence based management development and leadership team development. He coaches in German, English and French.
Arnulf has over 30 years international experience in all areas of human resources management and management development. He has held director, consulting and research positions in Zürich, Paris (IBM), Nancy, Basel (Swiss Bank) and Vietnam. He is also author of the book “Management Development und Leadership“ (1994).

Mind Hunter, Associate Fuat Yalçin, is born in Istanbul and has B.Sc. degree from Istanbul Technical University and Master’s degree from Liverpool University. He is also a graduated Executive Coach having carried out more than 700 coaching sessions. He is lecturing at The University of Bahçesehir in MBA and Executive MBA classes. His main subjects are “Emotional Intelligence and Leadership” and “Leadership Development”. He speaks fluent Turkish, English and German.
During his professional career he has served at Mercedes-Benz Turk, at ELF in Turkey and at Xerox Eurasia, where he worked between 1996 and 2003 as After Sales Operations Director. Fuat Yalçin has collected his articles about working life in 3 books.

Business Partner, Mind Hunter, Mr. Timo Nurminen, BSc (Economics), Mphil is responsible for managing and developing Hunting Mind's Middle East operations from the Dubai office. He has BSc Econ from the University of Wales and Mphil from the University of Cambridge.
Timo has over 9 years of experience in implementing growth and internationalization strategies in the software business encompassing EMEA market area. He was the founder and member of management team at Trackway Ltd with operational responsibility for managing international sales and partner network. Trackway became Finland's second fastest growing software company 2003–2006 with over 560% growth. Company was sold to Stora Enso group 2007.

Mr. Ramesh Fatania, B.Sc. (Chemical Eng.) and MBA, is a Hunting Mind’s Business Partner and Mind Hunter.
Ramesh Fatania provides Hunting Minds and its customers his broad international experience and knowledge of strategy formulation and implementation, M&A post merger integration and managing change.
He has had an extensive business career e.g. with British Petroleum in manufacturing, marketing, strategy and M&A roles, and worked in Europe, US and Asia. He is British and lives in Belgium.
He also gives lectures at Management Center Europe.
